The Shenandoah Riding Center is nestled in a beautiful valley in the picturesque hills of The Galena Territory. We offer fun and progressive trail rides for beginner level riders to advanced riders as well as those in between.

Part of the riding experience at the Shenandoah Riding Center are our exceptional horses. Our horses are professionally trained, quality Quarter Horses, Appaloosas, Connemaras and Crossbreeds. As well as enjoying your quality mount while riding at Shenandoah you will also acquire some riding skills, making your time in the saddle more rewarding and you a more capable rider.

We strive to make it possible for our riders to truly experience these beautiful, gentle giants. By utilizing our instructors guidance you can experience the feeling of being "one" with your horse and the exhilaration of covering some ground while you commune with nature.

For children we have a system tailored to young riders' needs. First timers can experience riding a horse with a leadline ride. Older riders begin by taking our beginning riding lessons. These lessons offer a safe format for positive learning and confidence building for your young riders.
